  • Partner with engineers, product, analytics, and stakeholder teams to understand requirements, align on solutions, and deliver measurable value
  • Support secure and efficient access patterns for aggregated and curated data, including service or API-based consumption where needed
  • Visualize and analyze service data using dashboards or reporting tools to help stakeholders draw insights, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions
  • Participate in peer reviews, knowledge sharing, and retrospectives to foster team growth and engineering excellence
  • Communicate status, tradeoffs, and technical decisions clearly to teammates and stakeholders
  • Stay current with evolving practices in cloud data platforms, data modeling, streaming and batch processing, and data reliability

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with advanced SQL, working with both relational databases and distributed data stores
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to explain technical approaches clearly

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to API or service-based data access patterns, including GraphQL or similar technologies
  • Understanding of tradeoffs between traditional RDBMS and distributed data systems, and familiarity with modern data access patterns
  • Domain knowledge in customer service, contact center, or servicing-related data is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work across teams, navigate ambiguity, and improve existing systems pragmatically
