Job Title: Data Engineer
Required Qualifications
8+ years of Data Engineering experience.
Extensive hands-on experience with BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Cloud Dataflow and Cloud Composer.
Experience with performance monitoring and pipeline observability using GCP-native tools or third-party solutions.
Strong SQL and data modeling expertise.
Experience with Python, PySpark, or Scala.
Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT development.
Expertise in data warehousing concepts and database technologies.
Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or Synapse.
Knowledge of data pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow, ADF, Informatica, etc.).
Strong understanding of Banking and Financial Services data.
Experience working with Mortgage, Loan Servicing, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), or Lending platforms.
Knowledge of Mortgage Loan Lifecycle.
Loan Origination and Loan Servicing processes.
Mortgage underwriting and credit risk concepts.
Experience handling mortgage-related datasets.
Understanding of regulatory reporting and compliance requirements.
