  • Create trusted, analysis-ready datasets that power reporting, evaluation, and business decisions
  • Develop and execute data quality checks, validation routines, and exception handling processes
  • Build and support repeatable data pipelines and curated datasets for reporting, dashboards, ad hoc analysis, and evaluation deliverables
  • Support Snowflake and cloud data platform development (workspace setup, data loading, migration, QA)
  • Maintain and enhance program data structures, measure mappings, and business rules
  • Support preparation and validation of datasets for regulatory, compliance, and external reporting
  • Deliver high-impact dashboards and data visualizations to support business insights and decision-making
  • Partner with IT, program teams, evaluators, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business questions into scalable data solutions and analytical outputs
  • Communicate project updates and fulfill data requests supporting evaluation, reporting, and compliance
  • Collaborate with program implementers, internal & external stakeholders, and partners to translate business needs into scalable data solutions
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvement
  • Support data engineering and analytical needs across EE, DR, electrification, and sustainability programs
  • Use AI responsibly, including Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, Agents and GitHub, to enhance deliverables, streamline processes, and improve efficiency
  • Participate in continuous professional development
