The position requires experience beyond traditional rack installation and structured cabling. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in systems administration, server hardware support, and/or liquid-cooling infrastructure and be able to contribute with limited ramp-up time. • Support cooling components such as coolant distribution units, manifolds, pumps, hoses, fittings, sensors, and related monitoring systems
  • Identify and respond to leaks, pressure or flow issues, temperature anomalies, and cooling-system alarms
  • Assist with testing new server, power, cooling, and infrastructure technologies in pre-production environments
  • Monitor system health and environmental conditions and escalate issues appropriately
  • Document system configurations, troubleshooting activity, maintenance, and completed work in ticketing systems such as Azure DevOps or an equivalent platform
  • Coordinate equipment deliveries, installations, moves, and lab consolidation activities
  • Install and maintain racks, cabinets, fiber, copper cabling, and limited-energy infrastructure as needed
  • Maintain accurate inventories of servers, components, cabling, tools, and cooling-system materials
  • Follow established safety, security, change-management, and operational procedures
  • Communicate status, technical findings, risks, and blockers clearly to project stakeholders
  • Operate or learn to operate material-handling equipment such as forklifts
Work Breakdown:

  • 30% Infrastructure installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • 10% Testing, validation, and deployment support

    • Liquid-cooled data center or high-performance computing infrastructure
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues and contribute with limited training or ramp-up
  • Experience installing, maintaining, diagnosing, or repairing enterprise server hardware

  • Experience documenting technical work through ticketing or work-management systems
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with OSHA requirements and data center safety practices
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physically demanding work
