    • Ensure workflows are completed quickly and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
    Financial Review & Process Governance
    • Oversee financial approvals for data center projects, tracking purchase orders, contract changes, and reviews by legal and quantity surveyors.
    • Improve funding and procurement processes through Business Process Management (BPM) initiatives.
    • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process diagrams, and governance definitions to prevent delays.
    Escalation Management & Stakeholder Coordination
    • Act as the primary point of contact for stalled workflows, escalating issues to various teams (Construction, Cost Controls, Legal, Procurement, Finance) as needed.
    • Initiate interventions and communications to resolve approval bottlenecks.
    • Work with regional and site managers, technical experts, and support teams to fix issues hindering workflow progress.
    Reporting, Documentation & Analytics
    • Create and distribute a bi-weekly newsletter detailing workflow status, SLA performance, and approved financials.
    • Conduct quarterly analyses to assess long-term performance, cycle times, and the financial benefits of expedited workflows.
    • Analyze data using tools like Looker Studio to identify delays, track workflow volume, and update dashboards.
  • Develop reports to encourage optimization across many activities. Examples include organizational design, process improvement, and management practices.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
  • Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
