About the Role:Job Title: Data Center Construction ManagerKey Responsibilities:- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
- Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
- Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
Minimum Qualifications:- 5+ years of construction experience.
- Experience managing large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems (electrical, mechanical, controls, fire protection).
- Experience working with General Contractors (GCs), subcontractors, designers, and commissioning teams.
- Proven ability to manage safety, quality, schedule, and cost on construction projects.
- Experience leading field operations and site coordination.
- Ability to identify risks, drive issue resolution, and hold contractors accountable for commitments.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong communication and executive-level reporting skills.

Location: Phoenix, AZSalary Range: The salary for this position is between $140,000 - $160,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
