Full Job Description
Title: Data Center Construction Manager

Location:Atlanta, GA

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite owner's-rep construction execution services to drive safe, schedule-aligned delivery and commissioning
  • Daily execution oversight: field coordination, progress verification, constraint removal
  • Schedule health support: look-ahead planning, critical-path risk identification, mitigation actions
  • Contractor coordination: GC + trades + commissioning agent alignment (work sequencing, readiness)
  • Technical workflow support: RFI/submittal/MOP/work plan review support for completeness + compliance
  • Commissioning readiness enablement: installation verification, deficiency tracking, IST readiness inputs
  • Standardized field reporting package: daily reports, photo logs, progress notes, issue/escalation documentation

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $135000k - $160000k annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
