Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Architect to support a data migration program while working alongside the Workday team. This role is responsible for designing data architecture, leading migration initiatives, and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality data migration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and oversee data architecture for enterprise data migration initiatives.
• Lead data migration projects and ensure successful execution of migration strategies.
• Develop and implement data migration solutions using Apache NiFi, SQL, and Python.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define data design, migration approaches, and solution architecture.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency throughout the migration process.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the data migration lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with customers and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications
• Strong experience in data architecture and data project leadership.
• Proven experience designing and overseeing enterprise data migration solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Apache NiFi.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience working with both technical and business stakeholders to define data design and migration strategies.
• Strong customer-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working on Workday implementation or migration projects.
• Experience with ADP.
• Experience supporting large enterprise environments.
