Job Description - Design and govern enterprise data architecture for healthcare consent, privacy, and access management platforms.
- Develop canonical data models for Consent Registry, Policy Repository, Identity Mapping, Security Labels, and Access Policies.
- Lead architecture for patient consent, research authorization, restricted data access, and policy enforcement services.
- Define standards for data governance, metadata management, lineage, auditability, and observability.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards including HL7 FHIR R4, HIPAA, and healthcare privacy regulations.
- Design scalable integrations across APIs, event streams, GCP platforms, Microsoft Fabric, and enterprise healthcare systems.
- Collaborate with Privacy, Security, Identity, Data Platform, and Epic teams to deliver enterprise-wide access control solutions.
Preferred - Experience with large healthcare providers/health systems.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA, consent management, and healthcare interoperability.
- Experience implementing fine-grained authorization and policy decision frameworks.
The pay range for this role is $130,000 - $200,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
