Full Job Description
How you’ll make an impact:

Data Analytics Manager-Workforce Operations designs and develops analytics and reporting related to employee data such as demographics, turnover, and succession. Prepares reports and presentations for various audiences, including top level management to facilitate strategic decision making on human resources issues. Partners directly with internal clients to address individual reporting needs.

70% - Analytics and Reporting

  • Defines and drives data standards and ensures data integration. Collaborates with and manages relationships/expectations with key stakeholders to identify and implement KPIs.
  • Manages the reporting strategy and maintains reporting timelines. Creates all necessary documentation for new reporting/processes. Identifies opportunities for reporting centralization/standardization.
  • Identifies obstacles, problem solves and implements procedural improvements.
  • Keeps up with the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence, data warehousing, and analytics.
  • Build smart, insights-driven visualizations to help understand data trends and make informed decisions. Clearly communicates complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visualizations.
  • Utilizes various data tools and platforms to collect, process, and analyze large datasets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

30% - Governance

  • Implements and manages the HR data governance program by developing data standards, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Champions the principles of data governance and collaborates with other departments to ensure data consistency and quality throughout the organization.
  • Interfaces with the Workday HCM team to ensure that data validation and integrity standards.

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management, statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with data visualization and analytics, HCM analytics with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with creating HR reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, documentation, and data security best practices.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance regulations and systems.
  • Business acumen and the ability to connect data insights with strategic business decisions.

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Working knowledge of Workday HCM strongly preferred
  • AI/ML data modeling and predictive analytics experience,
