Job Description:

Seeking highly motivated individual that is able to develop processes to quickly identify trends in the environment and report them to the applicable parties to assist with minimizing front end impact. This role requires a good understanding of ServiceNow and the ability to quickly analyze data and make logical, data driven, conclusions that then can be escalated to the appropriate parties to determine next steps. The ideal candidate will have Service Now experience and have a good understanding of the work being performed, as well as being quick on their feet.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
• Performs data analysis and interpretation of trends in the environment real-time
• Develops rules and methodologies for data collection and analysis
• Provides critical data to internal teams, allowing them to troubleshoot trends in the environment real-time
• Develops technical solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity
• Develops innovative strategies and quantifies the competitive performance of the organization's operations and/or markets.
• Analyzes organizational data and conducts advanced statistical analysis.
• Contributes to completion of milestones associated with specific projects.
• Applies mathematical calculations to recommend solutions to technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
• Models and evaluates the potential impact of data changes.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Develops innovative strategies and quantifies the competitive performance of the organization's operations and/or markets.

• Location: Annapolis Junction, MD

The likely salary range for this position is $83,300 - $112,700. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
