Full Job Description
Data Analyst, Technology Consulting - Data & Analytics (Data Product Management) - Financial Services Office (Manager)(Multiple Positions) ([redacted]), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Phoenix, AZ.

Understand business challenges and translate remediations into the data products strategy, roadmap and requirements. Work on large scale agile development projects that include data integration and reporting. Translate business requirements into conceptual, logical and physical data models. Solve complex issues and drive growth across financial services. Define data and analytic strategies by performing assessments, recommending remediation strategies/solutions based on aggregated view of identified gaps, and designing/implementing future state data and analytics solutions. Manage and coach diverse teams of professionals with different backgrounds. Manage cross functional teams, to ensure project task and timeline accountability. Propose and drive new technologies to enhance or replace existing business processes. Develop strategies to solve problems logically using creative methods. Engage and influence large teams and functional leaders.

Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40-45 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Analytics or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, must have a Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Analytics or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.

Must have 4 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: banking, capital markets, insurance and/or asset management industry.

Must have 3 years of experience leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams through a project and/or product life cycle including strategy, execution planning, requirements, design, development and testing.

Must have 3 years of combined experience in at least one of the following Financial services domains: Consumer, Commercial, Capital Markets, Risk & Compliance, Finance, Enterprise, Life insurance, Property and Casualty Insurance, Wealth, and/or Regulatory Reporting.

Must have 3 years of experience in assisting clients with one or a combination of the following: data platform enablement, transformation, and/or end to end program delivery experience.

Must have 3 years of experience with one or a combination of the following: business process, business architecture, functional data mapping and analysis, definition of functional datasets and/or readiness for consumption.

Must have 4 years of experience with a combination of the following: cloud related technology and/or associated architecture patterns.

Must have 3 years of experience with one or a combination of the following: business and technical services architecture, design for data ingestion, data management and data consumption, and/or logical data modeling and data design.

Requires domestic and regional travel up to 60% to meet client needs.
