Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in data analysis and analytics support
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com and SQL
• Experience with ETL tools and BI platforms like Tableau and Power BI
• Knowledge of cloud-based environments, particularly Snowflake and SAP Hana
• Strong leadership skills managing teams of analysts and managers
• Familiarity with machine learning and statistical analysis tools like JMP
• Experience in developing and standardizing KPIs for analytics governance

Responsibilities

• Spearhead data initiatives for predicting contract renewals
• Analyze correlations between maintenance and instrument failures using statistical tools
• Provide analytics support for service sales, marketing, and field services
• Deliver critical metrics and insights to leadership on business performance
• Establish a data governance framework through a steering committee
• Manage a global team of analytics professionals
• Align analytics projects with major digital transformation efforts
