Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and barriers in career progression, including promotion rates, lateral movement, retention, and diversity of assignments.
Apply qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze career progression frameworks, promotion processes, policies, practices, and workforce data.
Analyze stakeholder information and feedback obtained through focus groups, interviews, surveys, and stakeholder validation activities.
Support analysis of benchmarking findings, career progression recommendations, cross-cutting themes, dependencies, risks, and implementation considerations.
Develop evaluation metrics and a post-deployment survey instrument to collect feedback on career progression models and tools.
Analyze post-deployment survey results and support reporting on impact, sustainability, lessons learned, and recommendations for future modifications.
Requirements:
