In this role, you'll partner with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to analyze large datasets, build dashboards, and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions. This is a high-impact position for someone who can hit the ground running and confidently present to executive stakeholders.
What You'll Do:- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and business insights
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams
- Build dashboards and reports to support decision-making
- Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership
- Ensure data accuracy and align with a single source of truth
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and cross-functional initiatives
Required Qualifications:- 3-5+ years of experience in data analysis or business analytics
- Proficiency in AI tools and data-driven methodologies
- Experience working with commercial real estate data
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong critical thinking and ability to challenge assumptions
