About the Role:
As a CBRE Debt Advisory and Structured Finance Sr. Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to be involved at every stage of a large or high-profile real estate transaction.
This job is part of the Debt Advisory & Structured Finance function. They are responsible for debt, financing, and refinancing options for the development, funding, or refinancing of assets.
What You'll Do:
• Evaluate complex information to prepare various reports, opinions, and loan packages.
• Examine financial statements, information, and market research to create executive summaries, debt offer memorandums, and loan submission packages for review.
• Prepare a variety of reports and statements for Sr. management review. Arrange for the preparation of graphics or illustrations to include research findings.
• Review internal and external collateral materials, proofread content, ensure appropriate branding, and approve materials for distribution.
• Study, forecast and investigate trends in the commercial mortgage finance industry.
• Produce multifaceted financial models for commercial and multifamily real estate transactions.
• Monitor due diligence and manage the sales process from marketing to closing for each transaction.
• Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems
• Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
• Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
• Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
What You'll Need:
• Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience. Real estate sales license and knowledge of ARGUS preferred. Working knowledge of fundamental real estate finance concepts including market and investment analysis.
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the DASF Senior Analyst position is $80,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $90,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
