Full Job Description
We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Lean / Kaizen / Six Sigma practitioner to join Damage Prevention (DP) in a process optimization role, embedded within DP and supporting ROW & Threat Management by extension.

This role is focused on bottom-up process improvement-working directly with DP program and element owners to map current-state execution, identify inefficiencies, redesign processes for lean execution, and clearly document how system components connect end-to-end. The role is intentionally bringing structured process methodologies to enable more efficient, scalable, and connected execution.

Reporting to the Damage Prevention Integration and Enablement manager, the successful candidate will partner closely with DP stakeholders to improve how work gets done-using Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma principles to design practical, fit-for-purpose processes that support the evolution of the Damage Prevention Program.

**Position not eligible for relocation**

  • Facilitate hands-on process improvement workshops focused on optimizing execution, clarity of handoffs, and system connectivity.
  • Document optimized processes and how individual elements interconnect across Damage Prevention and ROW & Threat Management.
  • Apply continuous improvement methodologies to support bottom-up process redesign, independent of existing governance or organizational constructs.
  • Serve as a process improvement partner, not a program owner.
  • Enable practical, scalable process designs that support the evolution of current operating models.
