Full Job Description
Winstead PC is seeking 2 - 6 year associates for a position with our Real Estate Development and Investments group in Dallas. This attorney will primarily work on matters associated with complex real estate transactions including the acquisition, disposition, development, borrower-side financings and leasing of healthcare real estate located throughout the United States. The position is a growth position with opportunities for advancement within the firm, and is within a collaborative and interactive practice in our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
  1. Real Estate Transactions: Experience with the acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of commercial real estate.
  2. Healthcare Experience : Experience in representing healthcare systems with real estate acquisitions, developments, dispositions, etc. is preferred but not required.
  3. Strong academics: Candidates should have strong academic credentials.
  4. Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting and client communication.
