About the Role:
As a CBRE D&T Product Consultant, you will translate customer needs to the Agile team by properly codifying intent, sizing work efforts, and summarizing issues. This job is part of the Product Management job function.

They are responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of products and product extensions during all life cycle stages.
What You'll Do:
  • Work closely with designers, engineers, and business professionals to create strategic product roadmaps.
  • Provide guidance by identifying and defining ongoing product features that align with business strategy.
  • Assist the team in sizing and breaking down programs into a manageable size to accommodate the release cadence.
  • Draw upon customer insights to drive the software product vision and direction.
  • Define software issues that technical teams can deliver basic solutions on. Introduce the customer to the technical teams and answer questions about expectations.
  • Use general technical and product knowledge to prioritize deliverables. Assist with tracking the backlog of product requests.
  • Facilitate discussions, user story development and refinement, and testing and validation.
  • Document changes to features and communication to ensure there is clear indication of what is required for each release.
  • Provide regular updates and assist with executive stakeholder communication and reporting.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
  • Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
  • Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
  • Work within broad guidelines and policies.
  • Explain difficult or sensitive information.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
