Full Job Description
ASRC Federal is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Program Manager for the Kirtland Engineering & Operations Services (KEOS) contract at Kirtland AFB, Albuquerque, NM. This role leads, coordinates, communicates, integrates, and is accountable for the overall success of the program, ensuring alignment with agency or enterprise priorities. Multiple functional areas include: • Develop and maintain strategic plans. • Perform needs analysis to determine opportunities for new and improved business process solutions. • Provide enterprise cybersecurity and supply chain risk management guidance for development of the Continuity of Operations Plans. • Maintain cross-organizational awareness of acquisition, procurement, installation, maintenance, and information security posture of CE-owned control systems. • Act as a primary stakeholder in the underlying information technology (IT) operational processes and functions that support the service, provide direction, and monitor all significant activities so the service is delivered successfully. • Participate in the acquisition process as necessary. • Lead and oversee budget, staffing, and contracting. • Facilitate RMF, CE network enclave deployment, and system migration activities at the installation-level for control systems. • Report security incidents to stakeholder organizations and installation leadership. Conduct root cause analysis for incidents, develop corrective action plans and oversee implementation. Requirements: • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in Cyber Security on a DoD installation, or the equivalent position within the DoD (USAF experience is preferred) • Minimum of five years' experience as a Program Manager managing large, complex, service-type, performance-based projects with multi-disciplinary staffing. • Bachelor of Science Degree in related field. One year of experience may be substituted in-lieu of each year of education. • DoDD 8140 (formerly DoD 8570) Baseline IAM level II certification Preferred: • Current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
