Job description

Infosys is seeking a CyberArk IDAM Lead. This position will collaborate with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including IAM platform support, Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play a meaningful role in crafting the high-level design artifacts, consulting and providing solutions for multiple CyberArk PAM tracks.

Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Fort Mill, SC or be willing to relocate to the area.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology Support experience.
• Design, implement, and manage CyberArk solutions to secure privileged accounts.
• Perform regular maintenance and upgrades of CyberArk infrastructure.
• Monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents related to privileged access.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate CyberArk with other security tools.
• Develop and maintain documentation for CyberArk configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams and clients on CyberArk usage.
• Stay updated with the latest CyberArk features and cybersecurity trends.
• Experience in application onboarding to CyberArk Secrets Manager solution like Conjur and CP/CCP.

• Proven experience with CyberArk implementation and administration.
• Strong understanding of privileged access management (PAM) concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PAM CyberArk Defender or CyberArk Sentry) are a plus.

The job entails extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
