Full Job Description
Lead a team of Engineers with full stack accountability for technologies utilized to deliver Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management and Cloud identities Cybersecurity services; Provide day-to-day management of the team's work and other efforts ensuring an effective balance of the workload across the team; Drive or inform technology direction based on security and customer requirements; Partner closely with Security Architecture and other security stakeholders to ensure alignment between security control framework, deployed technologies, and desired vs. achieve outcomes; Engage proactively with key stakeholders and partners outside security, including IT and Application teams to understand technology direction and align security capabilities accordingly; Stay up to date on ew tools and techniques and act as driver for innovation; Drive continual improvement processes to enhance the end-user experience, increase technology value, and improve security posture; and provide high-quality training, management, and mentorship for the IAM team members located across various geographies. Telecommuting permitted. Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or Information Technology and 7 years of experience required. Chicago, IL; 40 hours/week. This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $124,516-$200,900 Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
