Job OverviewWe are seeking a
Cyber Defense Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. You will deliver comprehensive security engineering and infrastructure support by analyzing information security requirements and integrating technical methodologies to resolve complex, system-wide cybersecurity challenges. Furthermore, you will apply systematic approaches to optimize network operations, workflows, and enterprise planning within a strictly controlled Department of Defense (DoD) environment. You will be located in Richmond, VA. This position does require travel.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Security Engineering and System Integration: Providing comprehensive security engineering support across the planning, design, development, testing, demonstration, and integration phases of information systems.
- Cybersecurity Requirements Analysis and Problem Resolution: Analyzing complex information security requirements and integrating electronic processes or methodologies to resolve total system or technology-specific cybersecurity problems.
- Network Operations and Workflow Optimization: Key Duties: Applying analytical and systematic approaches to resolve operational bottlenecks related to workflow, organization, and strategic planning.
Required Qualifications:- F5 Certified Technology Specialist is ASM.
- A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant IT experience.
- Highly proficient with Cyber Defense Infrastructure. Support -AND- Network Operations (NETOPS).
Preferred Qualifications:- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
- Relevant certification meeting DOD 8570/8140 IAT level III.
- Relevant certification meeting DOD 8570/8140 CND-IS.
Clearance Requirements:- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must possess a DoD current Secret clearance.
