As part of the Cyber Defense and Engineering team, you will lead large-scale engagements focused on operational technology network engineering, segmentation, and security transformation. As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, guiding them through complex challenges while driving innovative solutions that enhance security and operational excellence. This role offers the chance to shape the future of cybersecurity, build long-term client relationships, and lead dynamic teams in delivering impactful results.

- Lead large-scale projects in operational technology network engineering

- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, navigating complex security challenges

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial and Operations Engineering

- At least 10 years of experience in OT/ICS environments

What Sets You Apart

- Master's Degree in Cybersecurity

- SANS GICSP, GRID, GIAC ICS Defender, GCIP

- CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+ / CySA+

- ISA/IEC 62443 certifications

- Cisco CCNP Security, Palo Alto PCNSE

- Proven experience leading large-scale network transformation or segmentation programs

- Leading large-scale OT security engagements

- Managing complex network segmentation and security transformations

- Building long-term client relationships

- Driving standardization of OT network design patterns

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
