Overview

Millennium Corporation is hiring a Cyber Analyst - Red Team Integration & Data Collection to work in Dam Neck, VA in a hybrid capacity. The candidate must have an active TS/SCI Clearance.

 

The Cybersecurity Assessment Analyst supports Department of Defense cybersecurity assessments by integrating with supported operational organizations and cyber mission partners to collect, document, analyze, and correlate technical and operational data. The position serves as a primary interface between the assessment team and supporting cyber/red team organizations during assessment planning and execution.

 

The analyst supports operationally realistic cybersecurity assessments of DoD systems and missions, with emphasis on data collection, cyber survivability analysis, operational observations, and development of assessment products. The position requires the ability to operate independently in classified environments and translate technical cyber activity into meaningful observations and recommendations for senior government stakeholders.

 

Key Duties-

  • Serve as a liaison between the cybersecurity assessment team and supporting Red Team, cyber mission, and operational organizations.
  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of operationally realistic cybersecurity assessments.
  • Conduct onsite and remote collection of technical and operational assessment data.
  • Observe cyber operations and document activities, findings, and potential mission impacts.
  • Prepare classified and unclassified daily status reports and assessment observations.
  • Identify and analyze vulnerabilities, cybersecurity deficiencies, and cyber survivability issues affecting DoD systems and missions.
  • Perform post-event data reduction, correlation, and analysis.
  • Research cybersecurity-related manning, training, equipment, processes, and organizational issues.
  • Support development of observations, analysis, recommendations, event outbriefs, trip reports, and other assessment deliverables.
  • Coordinate with operational staffs, cyber organizations, and technical subject matter experts to obtain information necessary for assessments.
  • Participate in assessment planning meetings, working groups, technical exchanges, and post-event analysis.
  • Maintain required access to classified information systems and assessment environments.
  • Support multiple DoD assessment efforts based on program priorities.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must have an active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience or Associate’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience
  • 10 years of directly related specialized experience
  • Experience supporting DOT&E cyber operational assessments
  • Experience supporting large-scale exercises

Business Development

Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.

Physical Requirements
  • Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
Travel Requirements

20%-30%

COMPENSATION:

$115,000- $125,000
