This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time!Your responsibilities- Lead and develop the Customer Logistics Team to deliver exceptional customer service through complete orders, on-time delivery, accurate transactions, and damage-free shipments while fostering team capability and service excellence.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, Distribution Centers, and Customers to execute sales and promotional plans, improve communication, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying value-added opportunities, implementing operational enhancements, and leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and process mapping methodologies.
- Manage strategic projects and organizational change efforts, prioritizing multiple initiatives, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of business objectives.
- Analyze complex supply chain and customer data to identify trends, develop actionable recommendations, improve workflow efficiency, and support informed decision-making by senior leadership.
The experience we're looking for- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field, with 5-7 years of experience in customer service, logistics, forecasting, or supply chain operations.
- Proven leadership experience, including managing direct reports, developing talent, and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong retail and customer supply chain expertise, preferably supporting Walmart or other large retailers within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive effective business decisions.
- Excellent communication and technology skills, including strong written, verbal, and presentation capabilities, along with proficiency in systems and tools such as Retail Link.

US pay transparencyThe base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.
