You build AI systems that help customers succeed.
You turn manual customer workflows into automated, scalable software.
You sit between customers, AI, and product, with direct ownership over retention and expansion through automation.
What You'll Do
- Automate customer support. Build AI agents that resolve customer issues at scale.
- Build customer facing AI agents. Support fraud investigations, analysis, reporting, and operations.
- Deliver automated insights. Create self updating reports that prove ROI.
- Own customer integrations. Work directly with customers and write code to solve real problems.
- Operationalize AI. Turn manual CX work into production grade automation.
What You'll Bring
- 3 plus years engineering experience in product, platform, or automation roles.
- Hands on AI experience with LLMs and agentic systems.
- Full stack ability to build and ship production automation.
- Automation mindset. You eliminate repetitive work with code.
- Customer empathy. You translate pain into solutions.
Who You'll Work With:
- Customer Solutions Team: To identify the manual workflows that need automating.
- Core Engineering: To access the data and APIs needed to power your agents.
Tech Stack: Python, TypeScript, LLMs (OpenAI/Anthropic), Vector DBs, Retool/Internal Tooling, GCP.
Compensation:$180,000 - $250,000 + Equity Grant
- Base Salary: $140,000 - $180,000
- Bonus: $30,000 - $60,000
- Equity: 0.15% - 0.3% with 4-year vesting
