Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative in Smyrna GA.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $69000 - $101000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:
Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative is the primary point of contact at the Satellite facility for all external customers, internal customers, and field sales. In this role, you will establish and maintain effective customer relations in support of organizational objectives.
Essential Functions:
In this role, you will:
• Coordinate operation schedule for respective product lines' order building / processing within production capacity, engaging with the satellite staff daily to ensure organization goals are realized.
• Process incoming orders, generate purchase orders as needed, and prepare manufacturing instructions for production floor, including product engineering / configuration changes.
• Prepare pre-generated manufacturing information (mechanical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams bills of material, etc.) to ensure execution of facility goals.
• Provide quote responses for panelboards, enclosed breakers, and other miscellaneous products following commercial guidelines. Set expectations for price structures, lead times and any exceptions.
• Exercise discretion and independent decision making to reschedule or reassign orders, select effective supply vendors, and coordinate inbound shipments including expedite orders and advanced purchase items.
• Support all respective information systems / programs to maintain streamlined operations
• Proactively seek ways to improve overall facility performance to promote an environment of continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Actively engage with commercial partners by attending distributor events or customer site visits when needed and lead training initiatives with sales partners.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent (e.g. GED) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a customer service role or manufacturing environment
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that reside within 50-mile radius of the Smyrna, GA facility will be considered.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Associates or bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in business administration, supply chain management, engineering
• Lean or six sigma certifications (Yellow Belt or higher)
• Three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing environment (sales, supply chain, production, engineering)
• Two (2) years of product, inside sales, price negotiation, or proposals experience
• Working knowledge of electricity, electrical diagrams (schematics, powerflow), manufacturing drawings
• Knowledge of Eaton applications (Bid Manager, POM, AS400, Mapics)
