Customer Service Department Manager

Pay from $85,000 to $100,000 per year

Position Responsibilities
  • Train Team Leads to build a high-performing, positive team environment to provide top-notch customer service.
  • Manage the daily activities of various Customer Service departments.

  • Resolve escalated customer issues promptly.


Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
