Customer Experience Director Opportunity at Quality Life Services - Grove City

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Review all inquiries regarding prospective residents from healthcare facilities and the community to determine if appropriate facility admission.
  • Ensure all pre-admission information is received and notify all departments of new resident arrival.
  • Ensure the new resident room is clean and readied for the resident's arrival.
  • Complete the admission packet and necessary documentation for every admission, including social history and social assessments.
  • Participate in the development of the plan of care and attend weekly care conferences.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families.
  • Work closely with the Central Admissions team and communicate timely and efficiently to aid census growth
  • Provide ideas and input for business development and visit key hospital accounts and referral sources as needed

Requirements
