What you'll do:- Be the person our customers trust when the stakes are high. Live in their slack channels and meet them at their desks.
- Build POCs to unblock deals and accelerate time-to-value
- Own design partnerships with end users to shape the product roadmap
- Develop deep understanding of each customer's use case and business objectives, and be their greatest internal advocate
- Define and improve the playbooks, processes, and tooling that will let us scale what works
- Own the onboarding story, keeping documentation high quality and understanding our users' greatest friction points
