Nokia of America Corporation, Customer Architect (Multiple Positions), Dallas, TX

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for Nokia's proprietary Mediation Product and underlying EventLink Business Logic Tool platform used to provide the core set of functions and APIs for data processing requirements.
  • Engage with customer to understand, analysis the requirements and provide technical guidance to formulate the solution architecture.
  • Create high level design and detailed design as per customer requirements.
  • Implement customizations to Nokia Mediation product as customized streams, configurations, data tables, and scripts to tailor Nokia Mediation to meet customer specific services to be deployed.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and lead technical discussions.
  • Provide technical leadership to support deployment of Nokia Mediation products including troubleshooting issues, making modifications to customizations, and deploying patches provided by Nokia R&D teams.
  • Provide measurable input into new products, processes, standards or operational plans in support of business strategies.
  • Analyze, develop and implement concepts and solutions as a subject matter expert. #LI-DNI

Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of Dallas, TX may be permitted up to 60%.

Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 6 years of experience (of which 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive). Or a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience with the following:
  • LTE network quality measurements correlation platform;
  • Data Refinery mediation based on RADIUS protocol;
  • Installing Linux cluster;
  • Development of correlation streams in Perl and C or C++; and,
  • OpenStack.
