Inside the RoleWithin Customer Application Engineering (CAE) you'll be at the center of the truck order fulfillment process, partnering with Dealers, Engineering, Sales and Marketing, and field teams to transform customer requirements into accurate, buildable vehicle specifications. As part of a highly collaborative and technically focused team, you'll manage truck orders from initial development through delivery, analyzing quotes, sales orders, and change requests to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with customer expectations. You'll leverage advanced application tools and product data to solve complex specification challenges, support critical business processes, and help drive seamless customer experience. This role offers the opportunity to develop deep product expertise, build cross-functional relationships, and contribute directly to the successful delivery of customized vehicle solutions.

Position offers a starting salary range of $71,000 - $91,000 USDPay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA- Manages Truck Order Sales development from order development to delivery
- Activities include receiving, interpreting and processing sales orders, quotes, and change orders
- Uses computerized tools to evaluate quotes and orders to ensure they are buildable, technically accurate, and meet the customer's expectations
- Provides technical advice, resolves complex issues and works closely with Dealers, Engineering, Sales and Marketing, and field staff to ensure specification accuracy of orders, availability and delivery timing
- Resolves post order vehicle/spec issues
- Supports and maintains application tools and product data used to analyze and maintain quotes, sales and change orders
- Occasionally conducts technical product briefings for customer and company representatives
Knowledge You Should Bring
- Bachelor's Degree, an Associates Degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Microsoft Suites Experience
- Requires basic understanding of theories, practices, and procedures related to job field
- Works within standard practices and procedures to analyze information and problems of limited scope
- Works within standardized procedures to meet objectives and deadlines
Exceptional Candidates Might Have- Knowledge of DTNA systems and tools, including IMS, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and related business applications.
