Summary:

In this role, you will support the coordination and execution of enterprise culture, belonging, and impact initiatives. You will assist in advancing team priorities through strong organization, collaboration, and project support across multiple initiatives and workstreams. You will partner with internal stakeholders to help ensure deliverables are completed effectively, timelines are maintained, and communications and activities are aligned with business and team objectives. You will play an important role in supporting the Culture, Belonging & Impact (CBI) team through day-to-day coordination, communications, planning, operational execution, and event support.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution and coordination of culture, belonging, and impact initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Coordinate project plans, schedules, timelines, and follow-up activities across multiple initiatives and workstreams.
  • Organize meetings, communications, materials, and deliverables to support team priorities and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate planning and execution of internal events, engagement activities, and team programming, including logistics, materials preparation, registration tracking, and on-site support.
  • Partner with vendors, internal stakeholders, and external service providers to support event execution and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, communications, project documentation, and tracking materials to support operational excellence.
  • Monitor project milestones, identify risks or delays, and communicate updates to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, belonging, and impact.
  • Maintain project trackers, budgets, process documentation, and operational resources to improve team efficiency.
  • Contribute recommendations that enhance team processes, coordination, and execution.

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $59,600.00 to $101,200.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
