Job summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative team-player with strong communication skills to help bring our people-focused initiatives in Human Resources to life. In this role, you'll support the planning and execution of HR projects-keeping them on track, and aligned with goals.

You'll coordinate with teams, vendors, and consultants, manage resources, and help resolve issues to keep things moving smoothly. You'll also contribute to project documentation, status updates, and support larger initiatives as needed.

What You Will Do

Plan and execute Human Resource projects on time, on budget, and within scope. This position helps resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met.

Coordinate with team members, vendors, and consultants to complete projects according to plan.

Plan, organize and manage resources to ensure completion of assigned projects.

Gather ideas, issues, requirements for assigned projects and provide input for solutions and approaches to stakeholders.

Escalate project issues and ideas to direct leadership with clarity, timeliness, and professionalism.

Support team in ensuring effective customer relationships.

Manage and assist in the development and communication of projects, scope, tasks and deliverables.

Monitor and track project progress and contribute to status reports.

Support higher level project managers on large project initiatives as needed.

Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.

Employee may perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

What You Will Need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, CS, MIS or related field or an equivalent combination of formal education and job related experience:

Working knowledge of project resource planning, reporting, prioritization and budgeting.

Knowledge of project management basics.

Knowledge in coordinating teams from multiple workgroups, managing relationships with internal participants and engaging sources in completing projects.

Adept at strategic and critical thinking.

Applicable driver's license.

Travel to other locations possible

Mobility to travel in and around office surroundings.

Ability to effectively communicate.

Conduct oral presentations as required.

Visual abilities to perform job responsibilities.
