Position Overview

Seeking a strategic workforce engagement leader with deep expertise in designing and executing employee engagement initiatives that drive culture, behavior change, and organizational effectiveness. This role will oversee Employee Business Resource Group (EBRG) operations while leading an expanded focus for broader workforce engagement and culture enablement.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute enterprise workforce engagement strategies informed by employee engagement data and organizational insights.
• Lead initiatives that improve employee experience, strengthen culture, and drive measurable engagement outcomes across a large, complex organization.
• Partner with leaders to identify engagement challenges and implement targeted solutions that influence behavior change and organizational effectiveness.
• Oversee and drive continuous improvements to the EBRG program, including governance, operations, events, storytelling, and employee participation strategies.
• Support culture enablement focused on fostering connection, inclusion, and employee engagement through programs and experiences.
• Design localized engagement strategies that account for regional market differences while aligning to enterprise objectives.
• Serve as one of the functions trusted advisors to leaders, providing a high-touch consultative approach to improving engagement and culture metrics.
• Collaborate with HR, communications, and engagement teams to support enterprise-wide people initiatives and organizational priorities.
• Drive adoption of technology, automation, and innovative tools that enhance employee engagement and program effectiveness.
• Support efforts for a culture consulting model that provides strategic guidance and white-glove support to business leaders and their teams.

Preferred Qualifications
• Significant experience leading workforce engagement, employee experience, organizational culture, or change management initiatives.
• Demonstrated success using employee engagement data and insights to develop and implement strategic programs.
• Experience driving behavior change within large, matrixed organizations.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and influence skills with senior leaders.
• Experience leading teams by applying inclusive leadership practices and managing enterprise programs through collaborative partnership.
• Background in organizational psychology, human behavior, employee experience, change management, or related disciplines preferred.
• Experience supporting hospitality and employee wellness initiatives is a plus.
• Comfortable leveraging emerging technologies and automation to improve processes and outcomes.

Job Description
  • Consults with business leaders to shape and evolve culture and engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals. Leads the design, implementation, and communication of complex culture and engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Manages and develops a team and/or leads cross-functional program contributors, providing direction, coaching, and ensuring successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Oversees program execution from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment, consistency, and measurable impact.
  • Applies advanced knowledge of culture and engagement best practices, industry trends, and emerging insights to continuously improve strategies and programs.
  • Helps establish metrics, monitors progress, and communicates effectiveness and impact to senior stakeholders.
  • Leads change efforts by educating, influencing, and partnering with leaders and stakeholders to drive adoption of enterprise culture and engagement initiatives.
