As a Cultural Resources Senior Project Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), in our Indianapolis, IN offfice, you will grow and work collaboratively with staff to navigate today's complex regulatory landscape, working with State Historic Preservation Offices (SHPOs), Tribal Nations, federal agencies, and stakeholders to help our commercial, institutional, infrastructure, and energy clients achieve and maintain compliance. You will work in an energetic environment with a team of cultural resources professionals to manage projects, develop staff, expand client relationships, and support continued Practice growth.
Working with clients, contractors, Tribal Nations, regulatory agencies, and local government officials, you will impact the entire project lifecycle while serving as a senior technical resource, project manager, quality reviewer, and business-development leader within the Cultural Resources Practice. You will represent CEC as a cultural resources expert and help expand the Practice's visibility, client relationships, and technical capabilities.
Working closely with the Indianapolis Office Practice Lead, Corporate Cultural Resources Practice Lead, and Regional Operations Leadership, you will play a key role in advancing the Indianapolis Cultural Resources team while contributing to the continued growth, leadership development, technical excellence, quality management, and business-development efforts of the Practice nationwide.
CEC's Corporate Cultural Resources Practice is seeking talent to continue growing clients, projects, staff, and technical capabilities in support of our client endeavors. CEC's Cultural Resources Practice distinguishes itself from the service offerings of many firms through the breadth of its expertise, which includes archaeological and architectural history services, geoarchaeology, bioarchaeology/human osteology, and Tribal engagement. The Practice works collaboratively across all CEC offices to bring the appropriate expertise and resources to our clients' specific project needs.
