Job DescriptionInnovation Strategy ConsultantAbout the RoleJoin the Wipro Innovation Network (WIN) and help global enterprises shape their future through emerging technologies. You will work directly with CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders to design innovation journeys, develop technology strategies, and drive high-impact engagements across AI, Agentic AI, Embodied AI, Quantum, and DLT.
Key Responsibilities- Lead executive innovation workshops, showcases, and client engagements.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior technology leaders.
- Support large-deal pursuits through innovative customer experiences and differentiated solutions.
- Translate emerging technologies into actionable business strategies and client roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Innovation Labs, Partners, Ventures, and Business Units to deliver impactful outcomes.
Qualifications- Strong executive presence and client-facing consulting experience.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and innovation trends.
- Proven ability to influence technology strategy and business decisions.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- MBA or equivalent consulting/strategy experience preferred.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $150,000 to $230,000.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
