New Hire Incentive available up to $4,000 for those who qualify. This is a full-time position (72 hours per pay period) with 12-hour varied shifts, including days and nights. The role requires scheduling flexibility throughout the week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as well as participation in the on-call rotation. This position is based at Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego in the Hillcrest community.
Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego is home to notable specialty services, including a 24-hour emergency room that is a Level I Trauma Center, outpatient physical rehabilitation, minimally invasive robotic surgery and our childbirth unit ,and we are ranked by U.S. News & World Report as high performing in orthopedics specialty care as well as in several of our programs, including heart attack, heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, prostate cancer surgery and stroke.

• New Graduates (Must have at least 1 year of experience)
In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met: • Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
• Must remain in original department/specialty
• Must remain in original Job Title
• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Qualifications Required Qualifications: - BLS from the American Heart Association.
- CRT
- Venipuncture class completion. Certificate must be provided at application; 10 sticks must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology
- CT Scanning/Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting
Preferred Qualifications: - Certified in CT by ARRT
- 2+ years' experience
