Job Description:$10,000 Sign on Bonus Work Schedule: 4-5 shifts per week. Call required once every 8 -10 weeks. - Performs high-quality CT examinations in accordance with provider orders and departmental protocols while ensuring optimal image quality and radiation safety standards.
- Reviews patient history, verifies exam appropriateness, and follows patient identification, informed consent, and time-out procedures prior to imaging.
- Operates CT imaging equipment safely and administers IV contrast materials while monitoring patients for adverse reactions.
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation within EMR and PACS systems and completes exams efficiently to support workflow.
- Practices infection control standards, uses approved PPE and disinfectants, and collaborates with radiologists and healthcare teams to support quality patient care.
