Job PurposeAs the
Crop Protection Specialist, you will support key New Holland dealers, Case IH dealers, and customers by demonstrating expertise on your assigned product lines. We are looking for a self-motivated professional to drive value proposition into the marketplace from a regional perspective. You will be a meaningful part of regional and local training events, and will also be a presence at national, regional, and local farm shows.
The territory for this position is
primarily ALBERTA Ideal location for this position would be
Calgary, Red Deer, or Edmonton, AB.Key Responsibilities- Plan, lead, and provide value propositions to dealers and customers.
- Engage in dealer and customer demos, field days, training events, dealer meetings, and customer visits to implement retail unit and share objectives in the assigned territory.
- Serve as the local product expert for Application products (Sprayers, Floaters, etc) to sales and marketing, product management, and product development teams.
- Provide training sessions to key internal and external partners within your region.
- Help build marketing and training materials for assigned products to communicate their value, features, and benefits to the commercial organization, dealer network, and specialists.
- Establish and achieve dealer order objectives, transfer for retail, and retail actions to track demo activity and field inventory of products in your region.
Experience Required- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in heavy equipment or agriculture
- Must be able and willing to meet travel expectations of 75%
Pay TransparencyThe annual salary for this role is CAD $81,750.00 - $123,350.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
