Job PurposeWe are seeking a high-impact
Aftersales Parts Manager to partner with our dealer network and drive profitable growth across parts and service operations. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to
Case IH and New Holland Agriculture dealers, delivering strategic consulting, actionable business plans, and hands-on support to improve dealer performance, customer satisfaction, and market share.
This is a field-based role focused on
execution, influence, and measurable results.
Key ResponsibilitiesDealer Performance & Growth- Conduct comprehensive dealer parts and service assessments; develop and execute action plans tied to measurable outcomes
- Drive dealer sales performance aligned to CNH aftersales targets and growth plans
- Identify and unlock incremental parts revenue opportunities across the territory
- Lead territory-level parts business planning with a focus on market share expansion
Business Planning, Analytics & Reporting- Lead regional business planning, forecasting, and opportunity identification
- Utilize data and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Salesforce, dealer financials) to drive decisions
- Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities; deploy structured countermeasures
- Provide actionable insights and reporting to dealers
Aftersales Strategy & Execution- Implement CNH parts and service marketing programs to increase retail penetration
- Promote integrated solutions across parts and service to grow total dealership revenue
- Influence dealer adoption of best practices to achieve 100% absorption through parts and service
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement using RCPS/RCCM (Root Cause Problem Solving and Countermeasures) methodology
- Ensure consistent delivery of training, tools, and processes that elevate dealer capability
Dealer Development & Relationship Management- Build strong relationships with dealer leadership and key customer accounts
- Increase dealer capability through targeted coaching, training, and performance management
- Improve customer satisfaction (NPS/CSI) through structured initiatives and best practice deployment
Training & Enablement- Deliver training programs, workshops, and seminars to improve utilization of CNH parts programs
- Support dealers in adopting tools, processes, and reporting that drive operational excellence
Market Intelligence & Reporting- Gather competitive insights and market trends to inform corporate strategy
- Provide actionable feedback and reporting to internal stakeholders
Experience RequiredQualifications- Education & Experience (one of the following):
- Bachelor's degree + 3+ years in sales, business development, or project management
- Associate's degree + 6+ years of relevant experience
- High School diploma/GED + 8+ years of relevant experience
- Required Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years in dealership operations (parts, service, or aftersales)
- Strong understanding of agricultural equipment dealer business models
- Skills & Capabilities:
- Proven ability to influence without authority and drive dealer accountability
- Strong business acumen (financials, absorption, margin, inventory turns)
- Experience building and executing territory business plans
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship management skills
- Ability to travel extensively (~70%)
Pay TransparencyThe annual salary for this role is $86,625 - $132,825 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
