ABOUT THE ROLEThe CRM Program Director is the enterprise business owner of the CRM transformation, responsible for leading the execution and ongoing optimization of the CRM program, partnering with functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Data, and Technology to support business objectives and adoption goals.
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULESalaried: $160,000 - $190,000 (based on experience)
Bonus Eligibility: 25%

WHAT YOU WILL DO- Enterprise Business Authority: Understanding of how S&S operates across Sales, Service, Marketing, Pricing (RGM), Technology, and Analytics - with the credibility to influence senior leaders across these areas.
- Cross-Functional Integrator: Ability to connect decisions across workstreams (process, data, technology, change) and ensure the program operates as one cohesive transformation - not siloed initiatives.
- Strategic Vision Holder: Defines and continuously reinforces the "North Star" for the CRM program (e.g., customer-centric growth, sales productivity), ensuring day-to-day decisions align to long-term outcomes.
- Strategic Advisor: Responsible for developing and executing plans that support realization of business benefits, user adoption, and continued enhancement of CRM capabilities.
- Governance Leader: Serves as program lead for Steering Committee activities, preparing recommendations, status updates, business cases, and escalation materials for executive review.
- Change Champion at the Top: Acts as the visible sponsor of the transformation - driving alignment, reinforcing adoption expectations, removing resistance across the organization and working with external partners, Internal Communications, and Commercial L&D to deliver all CRM related communications, training, and other change management related activities.
- Enterprise Prioritization & Trade-off Leadership: Drives decisioning that optimize for overall company value vs. functional optimization (e.g., Sales vs. Service vs. Marketing trade-offs).
- Accountable for ongoing business adoption and value realization from CRM investments.
- AI, Analytics & Innovation Leadership: Drives ongoing innovation through the adoption of CRM-enabled analytics, automation, and AI capabilities
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Analytics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in sales, commercial strategy, sales operations or Project Management, with at least 3 years working on/leading business transformation projects/programs.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, and commercial execution.
- Strong experience with SalesForce CRM system and ideally across Sales, Marketing, Service and Data Clouds.
- Experience implementing AI as part of a CRM system and commercial transformation.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits, training sessions, and industry events.
- Must be able to read reports and use a computer.
