Role Description

The CRM Marketing Specialist will manage primary and secondary research projects along with the Digital/CRM, compliance, and website initiatives. The CRM Marketing Specialist will provide key insights to facilitate the development of marketing strategies that are Customer driven, value focused and profit/growth oriented; he/she will also contribute to appropriate marketing strategies to drive Customer awareness and loyalty of the various branded financial services and products offered through Audi Financial Services and Volkswagen Financial Services .

Key Responsibilities
• Manage Digital/CRM initiatives, including stakeholder alignment and launch dependencies such as; content, branding, legal disclosures, website navigation alignment across Financial Services, Audi Canada and Volkswagen Canada and third-party providers.
• Identify, recommend, and manage consumer and Dealer research initiatives that inform target markets, marketing strategies, product design, and program implementation.
• Execute Customer profiling, portfolio analysis and loyalty reporting to recommend programs that support Customer retention and growth for Audi Financial Services and Volkswagen Financial Services.
• Represent Audi Financial Services and Volkswagen Financial Services in Customer, database, and co-brand initiatives with brand and U.S. counterparts to ensure Customer data and insights support marketing initiatives.
• Support SAFe delivery and cross-functional project execution by aligning stakeholders, resolving implementation barriers, and coordinating IT resources for new Customer, CRM, and digital functionality.
• Support go-to-market strategy and launch readiness, including agency and media planning, microsite updates, Customer email development, and implementation planning.

Qualifications

Formal education
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related major

Experience
• 4-7 years of professional Marketing experience, preferably Captive Finance experience

Competencies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite & Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with managing agency relationships
• Experience working with I.T. development teams
• Previous experience with internal and external Communications
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or Service Cloud

Preferred competencies
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certified
• Experience with Business Objects Reporting
• Knowledge of Atlassian
• French professional working proficiency is an asset

Work schedule
• Travel 15% to US

Internal Grade: Grade 9

Salary range is dependent on factors such as industry-based experience, skills, training, credentials, and other qualifications. The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 actual pay may vary based on experience, education, and internal compensation practices.
