Job DescriptionAs the CRM Data Specialist you will lead the innovation and optimization of CRM systems, with a strong focus on data integrity, to enable data-driven decision-making and enhance performance across sales, marketing, and internal teams within the Sales Enablement organization.
Your role:- Leading the development and execution of comprehensive CRM analysis projects, providing strategic insights and recommendations to management for driving business growth and sales performance.
- Assisting with live and web-based training for sales associates related to the system and providing support to individuals using the system as needed.
- Optimizing and streamlining Salesforce automation systems ensuring they are effectively utilized to enhance sales operations and data accuracy.
- Producing monthly error reports, compiling findings, tracking trends, and developing solutions to enhance the accuracy of the system.
- Working under limited supervision and broad guidelines, regularly applying independent judgment on matters of significance to drive project success and compliance.
You're the right fit if: - You've acquired 2+ years of experience in data analytics, with the ability to analyze, interpret, and merge large datasets across multiple systems or platforms.
- Your skills include:
- Proficiency in Excel with a demonstrated ability to perform advanced formulas & functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), pivot tables & data analysis, and data automation & workflow efficiency (macros/tools like Power Query).
- Thorough understanding of SAP and Salesforce.
- Experience building dashboards with Power BI or Tableau - preferred.
- You have a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or similar, or 6+ years of above-related experience in lieu of a degree.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in PA is $98,000 to $156,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
