Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or mathematics; MBA or CFA preferred
2-5 years of relevant experience in credit or financial services
Strong quantitative risk analysis skills
Experience evaluating hedge fund counterparties
Familiarity with trading documentation (ISDA/CSA, Prime Brokerage, Repo Agreements)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Curiosity about leveraging AI in risk workflows
Responsibilities
Assess counterparty credit risk using both quantitative and qualitative factors
Approve new positions or recommend decisions to senior committees
Evaluate risk across various financial products including OTC derivatives and structured transactions
Prepare and articulate comprehensive credit assessments and reviews
Negotiate and finalize trading documentation with counterparties
Manage regulatory requests and operational risk issues efficiently
