Are you ready to make your next career move tojoin our team as our Credit & Collections Supervisorfor KONE Americas New York Metro District? This position will work a hybrid schedule, primarily out of our mid-town Manhattan office.

As ourCredit & Collection Supervisor, you will be responsible for the organization's debt recovery process for a district, ensuring timely payments from customers, and maintaining financial stability. Youll develop collection strategies, managing a team, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will also be accountable for achieving key strategic goals and implementing business plans.

You willbring5+ years of progressive and successful experience in collections or accounts receivable management to KONE (3+ years leadership experience in a collections or finance-related role is preferred). You will usethe knowledgegained through yourbachelors degree; preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (certifications in credit and collections management are a plus).

The hiring range for this role is$100,400.00 - $131,775.00. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

KONEAnnual Bonus planat 10% Target Incentivebased on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
