Full Job Description
The Credit Analyst will support and work with all members of the PB Credit Team on Credit Administration duties under the supervision of the Chief Credit Officer. They will assist in monitoring the firm's credit portfolio and analyzing the underlying dynamics of the loan portfolio. This position will provide support for the administration of the credit process and BBH's role as lead bank for syndicated loans and participations.

Credit Monitoring/Administration
  • Compile the minutes for Credit Committee meetings.
  • Maintain Credit Committee schedule of annual and quarterly reviews and request extensions of the due dates as needed
  • Assist in the administration of BBH's role as Syndication Agent/Participator by onboarding virtual date room agency sites for BBH-led credit facilities including the upload of financials, borrowing base certificates, compliance certificates, legal docs., etc and other tasks as needed.
  • Maintain the Credit Files database which includes compiling and organizing all relevant information and documentation on our borrowers.
  • Analyze potential risks to the bank by proactively monitoring existing lending relationships.
  • Assist in developing analytical tools to help the bank understand underlying credit risks.
  • On an as needed basis, assist other team members with Credit projects involving analysis and recommendations on portfolio management.

This role is based in our New York City location and is a hybrid role, with three days per week in office.

Salary Range

NY: $75,000 - $90,000 base salary + annual bonus target
