Overview

Grow and advance BBH's ETF Servicing business in the US by providing support to BBH's client relationships, driving sales initiatives, and informing our future offering.

Business Development / Representing BBH in Industry
  • Be an ETF SME for internal constituents (i.e. Sales, RM, Risk, CSG, etc.)
  • Educate internal constituents on the ETF marketplace and raise awareness of BBH's ETF servicing capabilities to generate cross selling opportunities
  • Work with global ETF team across product, RE and CSG to create a feedback loop of latest ETF product trends, product / service offering and competitive intelligence to inform the development of BBH's Global ETF Service offering
  • Promote BBH products and services throughout the industry and position BBH for long-term opportunities
  • In a consultative manner, lead the sales initiatives to promote BBH's ETF servicing capabilities to Asset Managers / ETF sponsors. Cultivate opportunities through an insights-led business development approach.
  • Establish and build industry relationships across the US ETF eco-system (i.e. listing exchanges, APs and MMs, law firms, etc) for market intelligence and source of referrals
  • Work with Marketing to develop a marketing campaign in the US including strategy around building brand, materials, and overall "go-to-market" approach
  • Attend or Speak at Conferences and Industry Events to further promote BBH's ETF Brand
  • Advocate for ETF business with internal constituents across product lines and senior management
  • Work with RM's to develop an account plan including focusing on areas to improve service as well as growth opportunities
  • Provide an escalation point for ETF clients in the US


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Understand key trends and processing requirements of supporting ETFs
  • Minimum of ten years' experience in Fund Servicing within an Asset Manager or Service Provider (i.e. Custodian, Index Provider, Exchange, Specialist, etc.)
  • Fund Accounting experience, especially with ETFs, preferred
  • Global custody and asset administration product knowledge desirable. Understanding of ETF custody and administration process flows an advantage but not essential
  • Communication skills with demonstrated presentation skills and excellent writing ability
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills
  • ETF Product and/or Distribution experience a plus
  • Project Management / Consulting skills a plus
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Professional business acumen: ability to interact in a professional manner at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Detail oriented with proven ability to see open issues to resolution
  • Travel is required

Salary Range

$175,000 - $245,000 + annual target bonus

BBH and its affiliates' compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
