The RoleAs Creator Partnerships Coordinator at Linktree, you'll be the organizational engine behind the relationships that help us win with creators - supporting outreach, onboarding, and the day-to-day operations that keep our creator partnerships running smoothly. You'll work alongside our partnerships team to keep pipelines organized, creators supported, and programs on track. It's a hands-on role with real exposure to the creator economy, perfect for someone early in their career who loves bringing order to fast-moving work and building genuine relationships. What You'll Own- Identify trending Linkers by monitoring platform activity and external signals (social growth, viral moments, press), and flag them to the team for potential outreach or priority support
- Conduct creator outreach across all verticals and drive them through the onboarding pipeline independently, with minimal oversight
- Walk partners through Linktree best practices, helping them optimize their page setup, link structure, and overall presence to get the most out of the platform
- Manage "glow ups" (page improvements/refreshes) for priority partner Linktrees
- Set up demo accounts and make edits to priority partner targets on behalf of the CP team, ensuring accounts are ready to support outreach and partner conversations
- Manage admin requests from top partners, including but not limited to transferring ownership, adding/removing admins, and verifying accounts
- Troubleshoot + report bugs from managed partners
What You'll Bring- 3-4 years of experience at a talent agency, or in a similar partner-facing/coordination role, with some exposure to communicating with high-level talent and their teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-through
- A clear, professional communicator with internal and external partners
- A genuine interest in creators and the creator economy
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments, with a growth mindset.
- Able to work from our Los Angeles office on a hybrid basis.
Linktree is committed to providing a fair and competitive compensation package including cash, equity, and benefits. The base salary offered for this role is targeted at $83,000 - $90,000 for roles based in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Final offers depend on multiple factors including location, experience, expertise, and role scope, and may vary from the range listed.
